Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated by weight and destination in the cart. 

I offer Free shipping to orders to the United States over $35, free shipping orders will be shipped via USPS First Class if under 16oz or USPS Priority Mail if over 1lb.

All orders are shipped with tracking numbers.

Estimated shipping times

Dice and other pre-made gaming accessories will ship within 2-5 business days (M-F, not including holidays).

Hand Sewn items and 3D printed minis are made to order and take 5-10 business days to complete (1-2 weeks). Dice Towers can take up to 10-20 business days (2-4 weeks). We strive to ship out each order as quickly as possible. 

USPS shipping times can very, typically adding 2-10 additional business days once shipped within the United States. 

International Orders

If you’re outside of the United States we're thrilled to accept your order through our Etsy store. This is currently the best way for us to comply with international tax codes and collect VAT in advance for EU shipments to prevent additional fees on delivery. 

If you do not see the item you're interested in available in our Etsy store please contact us and we setup a special order for you on Etsy with the items desired.

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery.

I can accept cancellations if made within 24 hours of placing your order, please let me know ASAP if you need to change or cancel your order as many items are sewn to order or shipped the following day.

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

 The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

·       Custom or personalized orders

·       Face Masks

·       Discontinued Items

 Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

In the case of an item that arrives damaged please hold onto the shipping packaging and contact me so we can file a shipping claim and get a refund or replacement sorted as quickly as possible.
